Plated dishes and signature cocktails, shot on the property over two evenings under available and shaped light.

THE APPROACH

Shot on the property after service, working with the room light where the bar allowed it and building a small setup where it did not. The shot list and the styling were locked the week before, so two evenings covered the whole menu.
